Sohini brings over 20 years of extensive experience in architectural design, building science, and master planning, with a professional background working in India, the UAE, and Canada. She has dedicated much of her career to specializing in building envelope repair, rehabilitation and renewal projects, with a particular focus on condominium and multi-family residential buildings in Alberta. Sohini possesses in-depth knowledge of building codes, design and construction standards, and local bylaws. Her expertise includes identifying a wide range of building envelope failures, and she has a systematic understanding of detailing and sequencing building envelope components to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
