Our Story

Our leadership team crossed paths working together on a previous team. They quickly realized their complementary skill sets, common interest in improving buildings, and mutual drive to serve clients. Given their technical skill set and proven leadership track record, Arman, Billy, Derek and Julien are a natural fit to lead Wade’s building envelope consulting and structural engineering business. 

At Wade Consulting, we offer expertise in both building science and structural engineering disciplines. We work collaboratively with building owners, developers, and architects to design new structures, assess existing buildings, and make repairs that ensure long-term value and durability for our clients while meeting the performance requirements of our constantly evolving building codes.
